Arts Council Calls for Artists for Upcoming Art Teacher Exhibit

The Arts Council is inviting Brazos Valley art teachers to join in this year’s teacher exhibit, Beyond the Classroom: Celebrating Art Education in the Brazos Valley.

Current or retired public, private, and college-level school art teachers are able to showcase their work in an exhibit that celebrates art and the teachers who make art accessible. Each artist can submit 1-3 pieces, depending on size. The exhibited artwork can be listed for sale and is subject to a 30% commission fee.

The exhibit will be on display from August 1st to September 12th in the Arts Council’s 4180 Gallery and Bradfield Gallery of Fine Art. Those interested in participating in this year’s show should fill out the following form by July 10th: https://bvartscouncil.wufoo.com/forms/zzs8nzj1btaw1y/
