College Station wraps up Starlight Music Series with tribute to Fleetwood Mac

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – On Saturday the City of College Station wrapped up its Starlight Music Series at Wolf Pen Creek Amphitheater.

For the series final night, attendees got to listen to the sounds of Fleetwood Mac thanks to the tribute band known as Dreams. SA Lights (San Antonio Lights) a tribute band that performs songs from Journey, The Eagles and more also took the stage.

Those in attendance were excited about the entertainment.

“It’s really fun, I like being outdoors and listening to music. So it’s nice to see a band out in a local town. We don’t really have this where I’m from, so its really nice to have this in the town that you live in,” Luc Marcaurele, an attendee said.

According to the city, the Starlight Music Series has been going on for over two decades and features three Saturday concerts featuring country, Tejano and classic rock artists. The first event was on April 27th with performances by Uncle Lucius with guest Tyler Halverson, and the second was on May 18 with performances by David Lee Garza y Las Musicales with guest Los Palominos.
