COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – A new Aggie owned and operated restaurant is ready to serve the BCS area.
Varsity Grillhouse offers signature dishes, crafted cocktails, catering options and more.
The restaurant is owned by Texas A&M Former Students Brett and Hudson Smith who say they wanted to bring a different dining experience to College Station.
“We’ve always wanted to own a piece of College Station and just bringing a restaurant here to the Bryan-College Station area is awesome for us.”

The lunch and dinner menus have been crafted by Executive Chef Jacobi Payton who has worked in restaurants across the Brazos Valley.
“They let me have a lot of free reign with the menu. The staff is great and the managers are great,” said Payton.
